Job Requirements*

• Develop and maintain customer communication templates using Smart

Communications (SmartCOMM).

• Design agile, data-driven templates for documents such as statements,

letters, and notifications.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate

them into technical solutions.

• Perform template testing, debugging, and optimization for performance and

accuracy.

• Support integration of SmartCOMM with backend systems using basic Java

knowledge.

• Assist in deployment and workplace management using AWS services.

• Troubleshoot issues related to document generation and formatting.

• Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all

communications.





• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation.

• 4+ years of handson experience with OpenText SmartCommunications / GMC

Inspire

• Strong experience in template design, rule configuration, and data mapping

• Proficiency in SmartCOM Designer, Content Author, and Control Center

• Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT

• Valuable understanding of document composition, formatting, and output

management

• Experience in batch and ondemand document generation
