Job Summary

Astitva Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts & Finance team. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, handling documentation, and supporting the finance team in routine accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documents.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Record receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and compliance.
Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.




Assist in preparing basic financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and operations teams regarding billing and payments.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or a related field preferred.
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
