Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Director to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, communication, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MIS reports, and other documents.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and management information.
Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Track action points and pending activities discussed during meetings.
Handle emails,



calls, correspondence, and official communication on behalf of the Director.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and status updates as required.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, and other logistics for the Director.
Maintain proper records, documents, and important correspondence.
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and business activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Coordinator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/email management.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
