About the Role
IIM SKILLS is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to join our team at Noida Sector 2. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media content, short-form videos and current digital trends.
The candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, developing creative ideas and converting concepts into engaging Reels and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
Develop creative concepts, content ideas, hooks and scripts.
Create and present on-camera content with confidence.
Handle basic shooting and content production.
Edit short-form videos or coordinate with the editing team for content production.
Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube and social media trends.
Experiment with different content formats to improve engagement.
Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams.
Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand, communication and objectives.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Content, Reels or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Robust creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
Positive understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
