Job Purpose

To support the Commercial team in day-to-day sales administration, order processing, documentation, customer coordination, invoicing, dispatch follow-up, and maintaining accurate commercial records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and commercial documents.
Enter and update customer and order details in the ERP system.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Stores, Production, and Logistics departments.
Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
Maintain proper records of sales orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
Support the team in invoice verification and payment follow-up.
Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel.




Handle routine customer queries and coordinate with the concerned internal department.
Assist senior team members in day-to-day commercial activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proper documentation.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of commercial and accounting concepts.
Valuable numerical and analytical ability.
Willingness to learn ERP / SAP / INFOR / BAAN systems.
Good attention to detail.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Candidates
Fresh graduates from B.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance or related disciplines.
Candidates with internship experience in Commercial, Sales Coordination, Finance, or Administration will be an advantage.
Candidates with manufacturing / engineering industry exposure will be preferred.
