Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin Head to oversee the complete administration function of the organization. The role will be responsible for office/facility management, vendor management, security, housekeeping, transportation, employee facilities, administrative budgeting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all administrative activities of the organization.
Ensure smooth and productive functioning of office/facility operations.
Manage housekeeping, security, transportation, reception, maintenance, and other support services.
Supervise and manage the administration team and support staff.
Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and processes.
Manage vendors, contractors, service providers, and AMC contracts.
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of administrative services.




Monitor office infrastructure, furniture, equipment, utilities, and facility maintenance.
Ensure proper security arrangements and workplace safety standards.
Manage employee transportation, canteen, housekeeping, and other employee welfare facilities, where applicable.
Monitor administrative expenses and prepare/manage the annual administration budget.
Maintain proper records of assets, contracts, licenses, insurance, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and external agencies whenever required.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety, fire, and facility-related requirements.
Handle administrative emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and official functions.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reduce operational costs.
