Job Summary

The Salesperson / Sales Executive will be responsible for attending customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and converting walk-in customers into successful sales while providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling
Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and schemes.
Assist customers in product selection and trials.
Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Effectively convert walk-in customers into sales.
Encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and customer visits.

Billing & Documentation
Ensure accurate billing and invoice generation.
Verify product details, weight, price, and applicable schemes.




Assist customers with payment options and related procedures.

Store Maintenance
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle jewellery and other products carefully.
Support stock counting, tagging, and related store activities when required.

Customer Follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer contact details.
Follow up on pending orders, alterations, and deliveries.
Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of retail sales experience; jewellery retail experience preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during festive seasons.
