Role Purpose

The Machine Development Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, installation,

repair, and servicing of DPF X PERT machines while maintaining the company's

standards for quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring that every machine delivered by

DPF X PERT performs consistently and meets the expectations of customers,

franchisees, and partners across India.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Assembly & Manufacturing
Assemble machines according to approved specifications, drawings, and SOPs.
Ensure all components are fitted and tested correctly.
Maintain assembly records and production documentation.
Support production planning and machine readiness schedules.

Quality Control & Testing
Perform pre - dispatch inspection and testing.
Verify machine functionality before delivery.
Report defects, shortages, or quality concerns immediately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Installation & Commissioning




Assist in machine installation at customer and franchisee locations.
Conduct machine commissioning and operational testing.
Provide basic operational guidance to customers.
Ensure successful machine handover.

Repair & Technical Service
Diagnose machine issues and identify root causes.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Replace defective components when required.
Maintain service reports and technical records.
Support customers and franchisees with technical assistance.

Workplace & Inventory Discipline
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in an organized manner.
Follow 5S standards and safety procedures.
Support inventory control and proper usage of components.
Ensure minimal wastage and responsible handling of company assets.

Skills & Competencies
