Your role will involve working across different parts of the business, including:

Delivery & Operations
Coordinate daily food orders, kitchens and delivery partners.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate quick resolutions.
Maintain daily operational records.
Coordinate with chefs, kitchens, delivery partners and customers.

Sales & Business Development
Contact potential customers and generate recent leads.
Explain our meal plans, subscriptions and food solutions.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into customers.
Approach companies, offices and HR teams for corporate food requirements.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Support customer acquisition and business growth.

Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Help customers with menus, subscriptions, pricing and orders.
Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.
Coordinate with kitchens and delivery teams when problems occur.
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals and repeat orders.




Ensure customers receive timely and helpful responses.
