We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid-media platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in improving ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, PPC, or digital advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking.
Experience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet performance targets.
Positive communication and reporting skills.





Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads certifications.
Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or customer acquisition campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
