Role & responsibilities
Accounts & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger maintenance, MIS reporting, and month-end closing
Budgeting & Analysis: Support annual budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting for departments
Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance for hospital operations
Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors, respond to audit queries
Vendor & Payroll: Process vendor payments, payroll, and ensure proper documentation
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with hospital admin and departments for smooth finance operations
System & Controls: Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Skills:
GST, TDS,



and direct/indirect tax compliance
Advanced Excel, Tally Prime / Hospital ERP preferred
Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare setting
