Role Summary

We are looking for a Nursing Trainer to provide classroom and practical training in essential patient-care and caregiving skills. The role is ideal for a nursing skilled who can translate clinical knowledge into simple, practical training and prepare candidates for real-world healthcare support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training in basic nursing and patient-care skills.
Train candidates on personal hygiene, mobility assistance, vital signs, infection control, patient safety, and daily caregiving practices.
Demonstrate appropriate patient-care techniques and ensure trainees develop practical skills.
Conduct practical assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve trainees’ skills and confidence.
Maintain attendance, assessment, and trainee progress records.




Ensure training follows the prescribed curriculum and relevant healthcare standards.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding trainee progress and training requirements.

Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or relevant nursing qualification.
Prior experience in nursing, patient care, healthcare training, or clinical teaching.
Robust knowledge of basic nursing and caregiving practices.
Positive communication, presentation, and practical demonstration skills.
Ability to train candidates from varied educational backgrounds.

Preferred: Experience in vocational training, skill development, hospitals, elderly care, home healthcare, or caregiving environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
