Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating recent leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, digital platforms, and lead-generation activities.
Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct follow-up calls and convert leads into successful business.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.
