Roles and Responsibility
Manage event production from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts that align with client objectives.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage logistics.
Analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in event production management, preferably in the hospitality or advertising industry.
Robust understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Familiarity with event management software and tools is an asset.
Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
