Role & responsibilities
Litigation Management- Manage company's & company's verticals litigation portfolio, working closely with external counsels ensuring timely & favorable outcomes.
Draft Legal Documents and Replies Is well acquainted with NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC matters
Proficiently drafting, vetting and finalizing various types of
correspondences for departments, banks etc.
Providing legal advice and coordinating with other departments of the organization.
Engaging, briefing and assisting Advocates & Sr Counsels.
Qualification
Qualification Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or Equivalent Masters degree in Law(LL.M)
Overall Experience
Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
Type of industry
Any/ Experience in Infrastructure (EPC) Company Budget Negotiable
