Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment.
Carry out electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas connections as required.
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment breakdowns.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Handle equipment such as ovens, cooking equipment, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, mixers, grinders, exhaust systems, etc.
Read basic equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
Conduct testing and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.




Attend client/site service requirements and resolve technical issues.
Maintain service and installation records.
Follow site safety and company procedures.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment.
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration/gas equipment will be an added advantage.
Ability to work at project sites and travel as required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Commercial Kitchens, Catering Equipment, Food Service Equipment, or Kitchen Equipment Project Companies will be preferred.

Candidates with relevant ITI/Diploma and solid technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
