Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and a positive understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.




Prepare accounting reports, ageing reports, and MIS as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience in Tally is preferred.
Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams.
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred: Candidates with practical experience in Tally/Zoho Books, AR/AP, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and Excel will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,517.63 per month
