About the Role

Aimore Technologies is looking for an energetic, confident, and passionate Personality & Soft Skills Trainer to help students become more confident, professional, and industry-ready.

The trainer will conduct engaging sessions on personality development, communication, confidence building, interview preparation, workplace behaviour, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive soft-skills and personality development training sessions.
Train students on:
Communication & Spoken English
Confidence Building
Body Language & Grooming
Presentation & Public Speaking
Interpersonal Skills
Teamwork & Leadership
Time Management
Workplace Etiquette
Emotional Intelligence
Stress Management
Interview Skills
Group Discussion
Conduct mock interviews, role plays, presentations, group discussions,



and practical activities.
Help students improve their confidence, communication, attitude, and qualified behaviour.
Provide individual feedback and mentoring.
Identify students' skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and practice exercises.
Track student participation and improvement.
Coordinate with the Academic and Placement teams to improve student employability.
Conduct career-readiness and interview-preparation sessions.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating classroom setting.

Requirements
35 years of experience in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication, Employability, or Corporate Training.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, English, HR, Management, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
