We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Office Manager to run our India office and support a small, cross-functional team (admin, marketing, tech staff). This role works very closely with our Singapore-based team and will be managed primarily from Singapore.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily India office operations, attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
Coordinate and follow up with team members to ensure tasks, deadlines, and work standards are met.
Manage administrative work: records, attendance & leave tracking, reports, documentation, and internal communications.
Supervise the Administrative Assistant and ensure consistent administrative quality.
Maintain office facilities: cleanliness, safety, supplies, equipment, internet, AC, repairs, and vendor coordination.
Manage office assets (laptops, devices, software, furniture) and maintain an up-to-date asset register.
Handle office purchases, invoices,



expenses, and basic budgeting within approved limits.
Implement practical office processes, SOPs, and policies; support onboarding and offboarding.
Act as the main point of contact between the India office and our Singapore-based management and staff.
Communicate regularly with Singapore colleagues via Whatsapp and video calls; align on priorities, updates, and operational issues.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, administration, operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience coordinating or managing a small team.
Solid English communication skills (written and verbal); comfort working across time zones with Singapore.
High integrity, accountability, and ability to enforce attendance and workplace standards fairly.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
