Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist with financial reporting and related administrative work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
Record and verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and other accounting entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment documentation.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlement.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and maintain supporting records.





Preferred
Experience in a trading, distribution, manufacturing, or import/export company.
Experience handling inventory and stock-related accounting.
Knowledge of import purchase documentation and related accounting entries.
