About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and result-oriented HR qualified who can independently manage and oversee the complete HR function of our jewelry manufacturing and export organization.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry. However, candidates with solid HR experience who are quick learners, smart, practical, and capable of handling complete HR responsibilities independently are also encouraged to apply.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of HR operations, understand business requirements, handle employees effectively, and work closely with management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations for factory and corporate employees.




Handle day-to-day HR activities including attendance, leave, employee records, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.
Manage recruitment for blue-collar, skilled, supervisory, and corporate positions.
Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring as per business and production needs.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, workplace issues, and employee relations.
Maintain a positive and disciplined work workplace.
Coordinate with department heads and management for employee-related matters.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, HR communication, and engagement activities.
Manage performance-related discussions and support appraisal processes.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and processes.
Maintain HR records, reports, and required statutory documentation.
Take ownership of HR-related issues and provide practical solutions.
