Duties & Responsibilities - Door-to-Door Sales Administrator
D2D Team Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Door-to-Door (D2D) sales team and Team Leads.
Respond to administrative requests from Team Leads and sales representatives and provide timely assistance with operational and process-related questions.
Maintain accurate records for active, current, transferred, and offboarded sales representatives.
Recent Hire & Offboarding Coordination
Coordinate the recent hire process, including documentation, background checks, system access, training requirements, credential requests, and status tracking.
Monitor onboarding requirements and follow up on outstanding documentation, training, access, or other requirements.
Process employee offboarding requests and coordinate timely removal of system access and return of company-issued assets, where applicable.
Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding records and ensure all required steps are completed within established timelines.




Access & System Support
Coordinate system access, credentials, MFA, and other account-related requests for D2D representatives.
Follow up with internal support teams to resolve access or account-related issues.
Reporting & Quality Checks
Maintain and update D2D operational reports, trackers, and databases to ensure information is accurate and current.
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports for management and the D2D team.
Complete Q&A; checks to review sales activity, identify discrepancies, and ensure required information is accurate and complete.
Prepare and maintain reports related to onboarding, offboarding, active representatives, training completion, system access, compliance, and other operational requirements.
Review reports and trackers to identify missing information, discrepancies, trends, or outstanding items and follow up with the appropriate teams.
