About the Prospect

PolicyBazaar, India's leading online insurance and financial products marketplace, is hiring TeleSales Associates / Inside Sales Executives for a premium B2B Sales process. This is a lead-based calling role — candidates connect with pre-qualified, pre-warmed business clients (no cold calling), understand their requirements, and pitch relevant financial/insurance solutions through consultative, skilled conversations.

Ideal for candidates with a Telesales, Inside Sales, Voice Process,



or Corporate Sales background who bring decent communication skills and a calm, confident, convincing approach to B2B client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound B2B lead-based calls (zero cold calling) to engage business clients
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable insurance/financial solutions professionally
Build trust and long-term rapport through consultative, solution-based selling
Convert qualified leads into successful business/sales outcomes
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations with a calm and skilled tone
Consistently achieve individual and process-level sales targets
Maintain accurate call and lead data in CRM / dialer systems

Who Should Apply – Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Voice Process (Hardcore Sales background preferred)
Decent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English
Calm, confiden
