JD:
OTM System Implementation and Support: Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the OTM system to meet specific business needs, including planning, execution, and optimization.
• Transportation Planning and Execution: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop transportation plans, optimize routes and modes, and ensure productive execution of shipments.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing OTM data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Working with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and customers, to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements within the OTM system and related workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to transportation.




• Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager• Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template•
Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's• Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within the OTM system and related processes, collaborating with other teams as needed. •
Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise.

Resolves very complex customer escalations.Training and Documentation: Providing training and support to users on the OTM system and related processes, creating documentation for reference.
