ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the BT Voice Process in Kolkata, supporting customers in the UK market. The role involves handling customer queries over voice calls, resolving concerns efficiently and providing accurate, clear and professionally articulated solutions while maintaining a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally through voice calls.
Understand customer requirements, resolve issues efficiently and provide accurate, relevant solutions.
Communicate with clarity, confidence and professionalism throughout every customer interaction.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Update customer details accurately in the system.




Follow process guidelines, quality standards and defined service procedures.

ELIGIBILITY
Excellent English communication skills are essential, with robust fluency, vocabulary, clarity and skilled articulation suitable for UK customer interactions.
Candidates should be confident and comfortable communicating with UK customers over the phone.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
