Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Plant Commercial Accounts

Key Responsibilities
Manage Plant-level Commercial Accounts & Financial Controls.
Robust hands-on exposure in Manufacturing Costing & Cost Control.
Verification and passing of Contractor Bills & Service Bills.
Scrutiny and control of OPEX & CAPEX Bills.
Plant-level Vendor Payment Control & Payment Planning.
Review of Work Orders, PO terms, service completion certificates and supporting documents.
Cost Centre-wise expense monitoring and Budget vs Actual analysis.
Manufacturing cost analysis covering RM, Consumables, Power & Fuel, Conversion Cost and Overheads.
Ensure appropriate GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance in bill processing.
Preparation of Plant Commercial MIS and management reports.
Coordination with Purchase, Commercial, Stores, Operations,



Engineering, HR and Corporate Finance.
Strengthen internal controls and support Internal/Statutory Audit.

Mandatory Requirements

15–20 years of relevant experience
Steel Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory
Hands-on Steel Manufacturing Plant exposure is mandatory
Solid experience in Costing + Contractor/Service Bill Passing + OPEX/CAPEX + Payment Control
Minimum 10 years of leadership/team-handling experience
Robust commercial and analytical acumen
SAP/ERP exposure is preferred
