Job Responsibilities

CRM & Parent Coordination
Handle parent enquiries through phone,



WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with parents and prospective enquiries.
Maintain accurate student and parent records in the CRM/system.
Schedule appointments, meetings and follow-ups.
Coordinate with teachers and the management team to resolve parent queries.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, admissions, follow-ups and feedback.
Support admission-related coordination and documentation.

HR & Administration
Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
Assist with joining formalities and employee documentation.
Coordinate with staff regarding routine HR and administrative requirements.
Maintain confidential employee and organisational records.
Support management with day-to-day administrative activities.
Prepare basic reports, records and documentation as required.
