Job Overview

A leading company in the Interior Design & Architecture industry is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join its growing team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in sales, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain the company's services.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Follow up with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Update lead information in CRM systems, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.




Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Fresher to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and skilled communication style.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
