Responsibilities
Create and maintain file shares, quotas, and permissions in line with standards.
Support file, block, and object storage provisioning using approved runbooks.
Assist with storage migrations and cutovers, including validation and documentation.
Monitor incidents and alerts, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate as needed.
Execute standard change requests and keep configuration and CMDB records updated.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
