Role Overview

The role will be responsible for managing, supporting, optimizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications across the employee lifecycle. The position will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, ERP teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations and continuous system improvements.

Key Requirements
10+ years of overall HRMS/HCM experience
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Experience in one or more of:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Onboarding & Journeys
Talent / Goal / Performance Management
Learning Management
Workforce Compensation
Absence Management
Help Desk, Touchpoints & Oracle Communicate
Security & Roles




Experience in Oracle HCM implementation, support and enhancement projects
Exposure to global and multi-country HR settings
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, integrations and UAT
Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion HCM
Manage HR transactions and resolve functional issues within SLAs
Gather business requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
Drive enhancements, process improvements and system changes
Support testing, UAT, deployment and hypercare
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs and training materials
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting
Review Oracle quarterly releases and assess business impact
Ensure data privacy, security, governance and compliance
