Role Description

The
Engineering & Maintenance Manager
is a full time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for ensuring the
protected, reliable and uninterrupted operation of the factory, manufacturing equipment,



utilities and infrastructure
.

The role will lead all engineering and maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, facility maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC/AC systems, utilities, fire protection systems and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement and monitor
preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
of manufacturing machinery, utilities and facility infrastructure to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
Ensure continuous operational readiness of
electrical systems, HT/LT panels, DG sets, compressors, HVAC/AC systems, production utilities and other critical equipment

Ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness of
fire hydrant systems, fire pumps, fire alarms, emergency systems and other fire protection infrastructure
