Job Role: Loan Manager – Gold Loan

Job Description
Source and acquire recent Gold Loan customers through doorstep visits and field activities.
Visit customers at their location and provide end-to-end gold loan services.
Appraise gold ornaments and assess their value accurately.
Verify customer KYC documents at the customer’s location.
Coordinate the loan process and ensure timely disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Generate leads through existing customers, referrals, and local networks.
Drive productivity and revenue growth through current and repeat customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and other customers.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for grievance resolution.
Maintain strict compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and gold evaluations.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Gold Loan and Gold Appraisal.




Robust knowledge of gold valuation and appraisal.
Previous experience in a Gold Loan company, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
Strong sales and lead-conversion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable with fieldwork and doorstep customer interaction.
Willingness to travel within assigned clusters or territories.
Bike and valid driving licence mandatory.
