Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our FMCG . The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably from the FMCG industry, with strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG.
Generate leads and convert them into potential clients/business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales/business development reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
FMCG experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid client handling and relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated skilled.
