About the Role

Classport Eduventure is looking for a smart, organised and tech-savvy Business Development Executive who can manage multiple responsibilities across research, communication, coordination and business development.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with schools, partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct school and partner research and build relevant databases.
Identify and research potential schools, partners and business opportunities.
Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups and appointments.
Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets databases, reports and trackers.
Create presentations, proposals and basic marketing creatives using Canva.
Handle skilled communication through WhatsApp, email and calls.




Support business development activities and lead follow-ups.
Assist with day-to-day programme and business coordination.
Manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups simultaneously.
Support the team with research, documentation and execution.
Coordinate with school coordinators, management and external partners.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable using Canva for basic presentations and creatives.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn current tools and platforms.
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with good research skills.
Confident interacting with school coordinators and management.
Proactive attitude with a robust “I’ll figure it out” approach.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
