Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for White Collar positions
Candidate sourcing through job portals, references & social media
Screening and interview coordination
Follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports
Achieve assigned hiring targetsSkills: Positive communication, sourcing skills, follow-up, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
