Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, and ensuring timely closure of open positions

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews based on technical experience, skills, notice period, location, and compensation.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.




Manage multiple open positions and ensure hiring targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Negotiate compensation and support the offer and joining process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Assist with background verification and pre-joining formalities.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
