Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
Sales and Upselling:
Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and proactively promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide product demonstrations or explanations to interested customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and contribute to improving the sales process.




Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and industry trends.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and product knowledge updates to enhance your understanding of our products.
Share product knowledge with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric initiatives.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
