Job Description – Shop Staff

Position: Shop Staff – Sales Orders & Inventory Management
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Ajmer

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Prepare, pack and dispatch sale orders as required.
Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock levels.
Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and products.
Arrange products properly and maintain an organized store/stock area.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or rapid-moving items.
Assist customers and handle basic sales-related queries.
Coordinate with the delivery team/couriers for order dispatches.
Check orders carefully to avoid product, quantity or packing errors.
Maintain basic records of sales,



purchases and inventory.
Keep the shop and storage area clean and organized.

Requirements
Previous experience in shop operations, order processing or inventory management preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual and organized.
Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
