Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR and administrative functions of Zivanta, a premium hotel and banquet property in Greater Faridabad.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in hospitality, hotels, banquets, events, or service industries, with hands-on knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and banquet staff.
Handle hiring for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Security, Engineering, Hospitality, Sales, and Administration.
Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, weekly offs, and shift-related HR coordination.




Prepare and maintain HR MIS and employee databases.
Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes.

Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and salary inputs.
Coordinate PF, ESI, TDS, Skilled Tax and other statutory compliances, wherever applicable.
Maintain statutory and HR-related records.
Coordinate with external payroll/compliance consultants, if required.

Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
Coordinate disciplinary matters with management.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain skilled communication between management and employees.

Performance Management
Coordinate employee performance reviews and
