About the Role

We are looking for MBA/PGDM interns with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development to join our field sales team focused on Dermatology and Aesthetic Clinics.

The intern will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, cosmetologists, skin clinics and aesthetic centres. The role is highly target-driven, with performance-based incentives linked to individual sales achievement.

This is an ideal prospect for candidates who want hands-on experience in B2B healthcare sales, doctor engagement, territory management, lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic Visits
Identify dermatology clinics,



aesthetic clinics, skin clinics and aesthetic centres within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and clinic decision-makers.
Introduce and explain the company's products, product benefits and commercial offerings.
Develop professional relationships with doctors, clinic owners, procurement teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand clinic requirements and identify suitable business prospects.
Present products professionally and communicate their relevant benefits to prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clinics after initial meetings and product presentations.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate recent leads through field visits, referrals, market mapping, networking and local market research.
Identify high-potential dermatology and aesthetic clinics within the assigned territory.
