Job Summary:

The position (AGM/DGM) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth for a large-scale residential development in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing digital and offline marketing campaigns, project launches, branding activities, channel-partner marketing, market research, and team leadership to achieve the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning in the real estate market.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential & mixed-use projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth prospects.
Manage corporate branding, project branding and public-relations activities.
Responsible for setting up experience centre/Sales offices in consultation with Planning & Projects.




Lead Generation & Sales Support
Drive qualified lead generation through digital, print, outdoor and event-based marketing.
Coordinate with sales teams to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, advertisements and promotional materials.
Support project launches, exhibitions and customer-engagement events.
Digital Marketing
Oversee digital marketing channels, including:

Social media marketing

SEO / SEM

Email marketing

Google Ads and Meta Ads

Website management

Online lead portals
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise ROI.
Manage CRM integration and marketing-automation initiatives.
Advertising & Media Management
Plan media-buying strategies across print, television, radio, outdoor and digital platforms.
Negotiate with agencies, vendors and media partners for cost-effective campa
