About The Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will own end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, primarily for product-driven startups. The role demands solid execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a quick-paced setting consistently.

Experience (non-negotiables)
Minimum Experience: 2 to 8 years
1+ years of experience in a PRODUCT-BASED Company/RPO catering to product-based companies & startups. (necessary)
Comfortable in interacting/interviewing with US-based candidates.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal hand-holding

Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by building world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Source high-quality candidates from US-specific job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Juicebox, and India-based platforms like Naukri
Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth resume screening and initial interviews to identify top-tier talent
Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
ATS Management: Utilize ATS tools to streamline recruitment processes, track pipelines, and maintain candidate data
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies
Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through closure
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes
