About the Company

Waarta Connections Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing manufacturer and solution provider in the Lithium-ion Battery, Energy Storage, and Clean Energy sector. We design and manufacture high-performance lithium battery packs for electric mobility, industrial equipment, robotics, energy storage systems, and customized OEM applications.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Key Account Manager who is eager to build a career in B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in assigned territories.
Build and maintain robust relationships with industrial customers and OEMs
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lithium-ion battery solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.




Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and forecasts
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics) or
MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com with strong interest in technical sales.
0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Desired Skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
