Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant with 17+ years of experience, preferably from the manufacturing/industrial sector. The candidate should have solid expertise in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR consultation and guidance to senior management.
Handle Plant HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Advise management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
Support recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
Provide guidance on labour-related matters and employee-management relations.
Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements.
Support organizational restructuring and change-management initiatives.




Advise management on HR best practices, employee retention, and productivity improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
17+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial organizations.
Robust knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and HR Compliance.
Experience in Plant HR / Factory HR is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently advise senior management.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory / Preferred:
Graduate degree – Required
MBA/PGDM in HR – Preferred
LLB / Law Degree – Highly Preferred, particularly for candidates with solid experience in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliance.
