Accounting Operations: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, monitor cash flow, and analyze budget variances to control expenses.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to tax laws, local statutory requirements, and accounting standards like GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the accounting and finance team to improve performance and internal controls.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems like QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally

Pay: ₹15,701.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
