Monday.com Consultant / Integrator

Monday.com is seeing massive growth in the U.S. market. While it is a CRM, it functions as a highly customizable Work OS. We need high-level experts who can go beyond basic data entry to truly "unlock" the platform for our clients.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Advanced Customization: Designing and implementing complex board structures, workspaces, and dashboards tailored to specific business verticals.

· Automations & Workflows: Building robust automation recipes to reduce manual tasks and improve cross-departmental hand-offs.

· System Integrations: Connecting Monday.com with external tools (e.g.,



Slack, Gmail, Salesforce, HubSpot) using native integrations or middleware like Zapier/Make.com.

· AI Implementation: Leveraging Monday’s recent AI tools to summarize tasks, generate formulas, and automate content creation.

· Data Governance: Performing data cleanup, mapping, and migrations from legacy systems into Monday.com while maintaining data integrity.

· Consultative Approach: Ability to translate a client’s "pain points" into technical solutions within the platform.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
