Job Description – Business Development Executive (NAPS & NATS)

About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire corporate clients for our NAPS & NATS implementation services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and business closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and networking.
Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Plant Heads, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings and explain NAPS/NATS perks, eligibility, and implementation process.
Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
Build and maintain solid corporate client relationships.
Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain CRM/sales trackers and submit regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.





Required Skills
Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience in corporate client acquisition and lead generation.
Comfortable with cold calling and meeting senior decision-makers.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, email, and LinkedIn.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Education/EdTech, Staffing, HR Services, Skill Development, Corporate Training, Recruitment, or Apprenticeship backgrounds will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, HR, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
