Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee day-to-day hospitality operations, ensure excellent guest/customer service, manage staff, maintain service standards, and achieve operational and business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily hospitality operations.
Ensure high standards of guest/customer satisfaction and service quality.
Lead, train, and motivate hospitality staff.
Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
Monitor housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other operational activities as applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, hygiene requirements, and applicable regulations.
Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational costs.




Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Track daily operations, revenue, expenses, and other performance metrics.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property/facility.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Develop initiatives to improve guest experience, service quality, and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, resort, club, or similar operations.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
