Roles & Responsibilities:-
Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.

Job Qualifications:-
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a customer-facing role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.




Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
