We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to support our Dubai sales team in generating qualified business opportunities and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers, IT companies, system integrators, MSPs and channel partners in the UAE.
Introduce NetForChoice's data center, cloud, hosting, colocation and managed IT services.
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on business and technical needs.




Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
Follow up with existing leads, prospects and quotations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
Conduct regular follow-ups through phone, email and other approved communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline for the Dubai/UAE market.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements and proposals.
Understand customer pain points and communicate the appropriate NetForChoice solution.
Maintain skilled communication and represent the company positively.

Key Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
Experience in IT, telecom, cloud, hosting, data center or technology sales will be an advantage.
